Jerusalem Art - Modern Judaica
Born and raised in Jerusalem. Graduated with distinction from the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design, Jerusalem (BFA), and the Royal College of Art, London (MA). Her works of art have received many prizes and awards, among them, the Romi Shapira Prize for Judaica, the Myzler Prize for Excellent Design, the Rothschild Prize for Enamel, the Eitan Ron Prize for Jewellery Design, the Lockman Prize for Applied Art, The America – Israel Cultural Foundation Scholarship,and the British Council Fellowship Award, for study at the Royal College of Art in London. For several years, Sari was a lecturer at the Bezalel Academy for Art and Design, in Jerusalem, and at the Wizo Canada College of Design, in Haifa.Her art work has been displayed in many exhibitions in Israel and abroad, and it is part of many collections.
You are welcomed to visit Sari’s studio, located at Hutzot Hayotzer, off Jaffa Gate Jerusalem, where you will be able to see more of her contemporary designs and Modern Judaica art work.
