Studio Hay is a family workshop and gallery run by Gideon Hay and his sons – Oded and Amos - silversmiths. A true Jerusalemite, Gideon was born on 1940. He graduated Bezalel art academy in 1965. On 1990, his son Oded also a talented artist graduated the same art Academy, together Gideon was able to fulfill his dream of opening a workshop and gallery. After many years in the jewelry and fine arts business Gideon longed to work exclusively in designing and creating Jewish ritual objects of art. Recently Amos joined the studio as his father’s and brother’s apprentice. For the last thirty years Gideon and sons are creating unique and innovative Jewish Ritual objects Studio hay’s unique work is well known all over the world
