My art explores the rich intersection between Jewish tradition and the creative/aesthetic.
Whether I'm doing calligraphy and illumination, books, prints, graphics, sculpture, ritual objects, architecture or my original Judaic inventions, I strive for each work to delight, inspire and educate Jewishly. Every piece must bear the imprint of our tradition, the spark of the creative, and the delight of the exquisitely crafted. Best known perhaps are my illuminated Haggadah, my revival of the hand-done Ketubah (and the Love Letters Book based on it) and our Shtender.
